PUBLIC LAW 95-131—OCT. 13, 1977 SEC. 4. Section 743 of the District of Columbia Self-Government and Governmental Reorganization Act is amended— (1) by striking out "60 Stat. 195" in subsection (b) and insert^^^ ^^ ^^^^ thereof "64 Stat. 195"; (^) ^^ redesignating subsection (e) as subsection (f); and (3) by inserting after subsection (d) the following new subsection: "(e) Section 4 of the Act entitled 'An Act to authorize the Commissioners of the District of Columbia to plan, construct, operate, and maintain a sanitary sewer to connect the Dulles International Airport with the District of Columbia system', approved June 12, 1960 (74 Stat. 211; D.C. Code, sec. 43-1623), is repealed.". Approved October 13, 1977.
