To designate the United States Department of Agriculture's Bee Research Laboratory in Tucson, Arizona, as the "Carl Hayden Bee Research Center".

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the United States Department of Agriculture's Bee Eesearch Laboratory in Tucson, Arizona, shall hereafter be known and designated as the "Carl Hayden Bee Research Center". Any reference to such laboratory in any law, regulation, document, record, or other paper of the United States shall be deemed a reference to it as the Carl Hayden Bee Research Center. Approved October 10, 1978.
