PUBLIC LAW 95-399—SEPT. 30, 1978 AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS
SEC. 6. Effective October 1, 1979, there are hereby authorized to be appropriated such sums as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act. Approved September 30, 1978.
