Private Law 95-53 95th Congress An Act For the relief of Master Sergeant William E. Boone, United States Army, retired. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Rejrr'esentatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Treasury is authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Master Sergeant William E. Boone, United States Army, retired, of Burlington, North Carolina, the sum of $1,410 in full settlement of his claims against the United States for reimbursement for amounts he was forced to pay for dental work authorized by the Army medical authorities at Womack Army Hospital, Fort Bragg, North Carolina, to be performed at Government expense during his period of active service but which was not completed through no fault on his part until after his retirement. SEC. 2. No part of the amount appropriated in the first section of this Act in excess of 10 per centum thereof shall be paid or delivered to or received by any agent or attorney on account of services rendered in connection with this claim, and the same shall be unlawful, any contract to the contrary notwithstanding. Any person violating the provisions of this section shall be deemed guilty o | a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in any sum not exceeding $1,000. Approved September 17, 1978.
