Private Law 95-86 95th Congress An Act For the relief of Anthony Rogers.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the purposes of section 203(a)(1) and 204 of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Anthony Rogers shall be held and considered to be the naturalborn alien son of Mr. Charles Rogers, a citizen of the United States: Provided, That the natural parents or brothers or sisters of the beneficiary shall not by virtue of such relationship, be accorded any right, privilege, or status under the Immigration and Nationality Act.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, in the admin- Gilberto Taneo istration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Gilberto Taneo Gilberstadt. Gilberstadt may be classified as a child within the meaning of section 8 USC 1101 note. 101(b)(1)(F) of the Act, upon approval of a petition filed in his 8 USC 1101. behalf by Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Gilberstadt, citizens of the United States, pursuant to section 204 of the Act: Provided, That the natural 8 USC 1154 parents or brothers or sisters of the beneficiary shall not, by virtue of such relationship, be accorded any right, privilege, or status under the Immigration and Nationality Act.
