MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
SEC. 302. (a) The President shall initially appoint members to the President's Commission for the Study of Ethical Problems in Medicine and Biomedical and Behavioral Kesearch (established under the amendment made by section 301) not later than 90 days after the date of the enactment of this title. (b) Effective November 1, 1978, part A of title II of the National Research Act, section 213 of such Act, and subsection (f) of section 217 of the Public Health Service Act are repealed. Approved November 9, 1978.
