Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Overseas Private United States of America in Congress assembled, That section 239 of CorporSn

22 USC 2199. by striking out "or" before "Romania" and inserting in lieu thereof a comma, and by inserting "or the People's Repubiic of China" following "Romania. Approved August 8, 1980.
