Making an urgent supplemental appropriation for the Veterans Administration for the fiscfd year ending September 30, 1980.
Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the following sum is appropriated, out of any money in the Tresisury not otherwise appropriated, for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1980, namely: VETERANS ADMINISTRATION READJUSTMENT BENEFITS
For an additional amount for "Readjustment $40,000,000, to remain available until expended.
