Adoption

IJIQ establish a program of adoption assistance, to strengthen the program of foster care assistance for needy and dependent children, to improve the child welfare, social services, and aid to famihes with dependent children programs, and for other purposes.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled.
