(2) by striking out and after 1980,; and (3) by inserting after "1981" the following: ", $740,000 for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1982, $890,000 for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1983, and $990,000 for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1984". Approved December 12, 1980.
