SEC. 4. In accordance with section 7 of the Public Buildings Act of ^^^^' ^^ amended, there is hereby authorized to be appropriated $2,459,300 from the fund established pursuant to section 210(f) of the Federal Property and Administrative Services Act of 1949, as amended, for the repair and alteration of the United States Postal Service Building at 115 East Sixth Avenue, Gary, Indiana. Approved December 22, 1980.
