(2) The analysis for chapter 29 of title 85 of the United States Code is amended by adding at the end the following: "294. Voluntary arbitration.".
(c) Sections 5, 6, 8 through 12, and 17(b) of this Act shall take effect six months after enactment. Approved August 27, 1982.
