PUBLIC LAW 97-456—JAN. 12, 1983 (6) Section 5314 of title 5, United States Code, is amended by striking out the paragraph relating to the Deputy Special Representatives for Trade Negotiations and inserting in lieu thereof the following paragraph: "Deputy United States Trade Representatives (3).". Approved January 12, 1983.
