Effective date.

To designate a certain Federcd building in Springfield, Illinois the "Paul Findley Building".

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Federal building located at 600 East Monroe in Springfield, Illinois is hereby designated as the "Paul Findley Building". Any reference in any law, regulation, document, record, map or other paper of the United States to such building shall be considered to be a reference to the Paul Findley Building. SEC. 2. This bill shall take effect on January 3, 1983. Approved January 4, 1983.
