Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled. That section 222A(h) of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 is amended by striking out "September 30, 1982" and inserting in lieu thereof "September30, 1983". Approved January 8, 1983.
