Public Law 98-37 98th Congress An Act To amend the Independent Safety Board Act of 1974 to authorize appropriations for fiscal years 1984, 1985, and 1986. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That section 309 of the Independent Safety Board Act of 1974 (49 U.S.C. 1907) is amended by adding at the end thereof the following new sentence: "There are authorized to be appropriated for the purposes of this Act not to exceed $22,600,000 for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1984, $24,500,000 for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1985, and $26,100,000 for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1986, such sums to remain available until expended.".
