(b) The last proviso in the first paragraph under the heading 28 USC 2415 "Administrative Provisions", relating to the Bureau of Indian ^°Affairs, of title I of Public Law 97-394 is amended by striking out 96 Stat. 1976. "The following" and inserting in lieu thereof "Sections 2 through 6 of this Act". Approved April 3, 1984.
