SEC. 514. None of the funds appropriated or made available by this Forests and Act may be used to enforce or give effect to any restriction on the SQ^USC a^^^^floe export of unprocessed western red cedar harvested from State lands j^g^g ^^^' pursuant to a harvesting contract entered into prior to October 1, 1979. This Act may be cited as the "Departments of Commerce, Justice, and State, the Judiciary, and Related Agencies Appropriation Act, 1985". Approved August 30, 1984.
