"SEC. 810. Not later than April 1 of each year, the Assistant Attorney General, the Director of the Bureau of Justice Assistance, the Director of the Bureau of Justice Statistics, and the Director of the National Institute of Justice shall each submit a report to the President and to the Speaker of the House of Representatives and the President of the Senate, on their activities under this title during the fiscal year next preceding such date.". (j) Section 811, as so redesignated, of part H of title I of the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968 (42 U.S.C. 3789f) is amended— (1) by striking out "Office of Justice Assistance, Research, and Statistics" each place it appears and inserting in lieu thereof "Office of Justice Programs", (2) by striking out subsection (d), and (3) by redesignating subsections (e) and (f) as subsections (d) and (e), respectively. (k) Section 812, as so redesignated, of part H of title I of the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968 (42 U.S.C. 3789g) is amended by striking out "Office of Justice Assistance, Research, and Statistics" each place it appears and inserting in lieu thereof "Office of Justice Programs". (1) Part H of title I of the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968 (42 U.S.C. 3781-3789o) is amended by striking out section 819. (m) Section 813, as so redesignated, of part H of title I of the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968 (42 U.S.C. 37891) is amended— (1) by striking out subsection (a), and (2) in subsection (b) by striking out "(b|'. (n) Section 816, as so redesignated, of part H of title I of the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968 (42 U.S.C. 37891) is amended by striking out "Administration" and inserting in lieu thereof "Assistant Attorney General". (o) Section 819(c), as so redesignated, of part H of title I of the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968 (18 U.S.C. 1761 note) is amended— (1) by striking out "this section" and inserting in lieu thereof "section 1761 of title 18, United States Code, and of the first section of the Act of June 30, 1936 (49 Stat. 2036; 41 U.S.C. 35), commonly known as the Walsh-Healey Act,", and (2) by inserting ", as amended from time to time," after "goods". (a) Section 901 of part I of title I of the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968 (42 U.S.C. 3791) is amended by striking out "Administration" each place it appears and inserting in lieu thereof "Office". (b) Section 901(a) of part I of title I of the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968 (42 U.S.C. 3791(a)) is amended— (1) in paragraph (2)— (A) by inserting "and" after "Puerto Rico," and (B) by striking out ", Guam, American Samoa, the Trust Territory of the Pacific Islands, and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands",
