CONCURRENT RESOLUTIONS—MAR. 12, 1984
Whereas the United States Holocaust Memorial Council has recommended that a one-hour ceremony be held at noon on April 30, 1984, consisting of speeches, readings, and musical presentations as part of the Days of Remembrance activities: Now, therefore, be it Resolved by the Senate (the House of Representatives concurring). That the rotunda of the United States Capitol is hereby authorized to be used on April 30, 1984, from 10 o'clock ante meridiem until 3 o'clock post meridiem for a ceremony as part of the commemoration of the Days of Remembrance of Victims of the Holocaust. Physical preparations for the conduct of the ceremony shall be carried out in accordance with such conditions as may be prescribed by the Architect of the Capitol. Agreed to February 29, 1984.

ANDREW JACKSON BIRTH ANNIVERSARY— CAPITOL ROTUNDA CEREMONY Resolved by the House of Representatives (the Senate concurring). That the rotunda of the United States Capitol is hereby authorized to be used on March 15, 1984, from 10 until 10:30 o'clock ante meridiem for a ceremony as part of the commemoration of the anniversary of the birth of Andrew Jackson, the seventh President of the United States. Physical preparations for the conduct of the ceremony shall be carried out in accordance with such conditions as may be prescribed by the Architect of the Capitol. Agreed to March 12, 1984.
