(146) In paragraph (6) of section 632(a) of the bill, strike out "issued pursuant to and insert in lieu thereof "issued in connection with". (147) In subsection (d) of section 632 of the bill— (A) strike out "were issued with respect to" and insert in lieu thereof "are issued with respect to", and (B) strike out "or any facility related to such facility".
