EFFECTIVE DATE
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect on October 1, 1985, except that no 31 USC 5112 coins may be issued or sold under section 5112(i) of title 31, United ^°States Code, before October 1, 1986. Ante, p. 1177. Approved December 17, 1985.
