Resolved by the Senate (the House of Representatives concurring), That the Congress hereby determines and declares that the concurrent resolution on the budget for fiscal year 1985 is hereby revised and replaced, the first concurrent resolution on the budget for fiscal year 1986 is hereby established, and the appropriate budgetary levels for fiscal years 1987 and 1988 are hereby set forth. (a) The following budgetary levels are appropriate for the fiscal years beginning on October 1, 1984, October 1, 1985, October 1, 1986, and October 1, 1987: (1) The recommended levels of Federal revenues are as follows: Fiscal year 1985: $736,500,000,000. Fiscal year 1986: $795,700,000,000. Fiscal year 1987: $869,400,000,000. Fiscal year 1988: $960,100,000,000. and the amounts by which the aggregate levels of Federal revenues should be increased are as follows: Fiscal year 1985: $0. Fiscal year 1986: $3,000,000,000. Fiscal year 1987: $5,100,000,000. Fiscal year 1988: $7,600,000,000. and the amounts for Federal Insurance Contributions Act reve- 26 USC 3126. nues for hospital insurance within the recommended levels of Federal revenues are as follows: Fiscal year 1985: $44,800,000,000. Fiscal year 1986: $50,900,000,000. Fiscal year 1987: $56,100,000,000. Fiscal year 1988: $61,200,000,000. and the amounts for Federal Insurance Contributions Act revenues for old-age, survivors, and disability insurance within the recommended levels of Federal revenues are as follows: Fiscal year 1985: $186,200,000,000. Fiscal year 1986: $200,400,000,000. Fiscal year 1987: $216,800,000,000. Fiscal year 1988: $248,000,000,000.
