The Urbiztondo Hymn shall also be sang during the flag retreat every Friday afternoon in all government institutions, private and public schools at all levels within the Municipality of Urbiztondo.
All persons while singing the Urbiztondo Hymn shall stand in attention show respect to the Municipal Flag with the right hand, palm open at the left chest.
The Municipal Hymn shall not be played and sang for where recreation, amusement or entertainment purposes.
The Urbiztondo Municipal Hymn melody lyrics is property of Municipality of Urbiztondo. Any duplication or copying is a violation of this ordinance and should be punished accordingly.
Sec. 6. Singing / Playing of Urbiztondo Hymn by the Private Sector, Institutions and Organization. The singing of the Urbiztondo Hymn is encouraged in the flag raising ceremonies, official functions, special occasions, activities and programs in the private sector.
Sec. 7. Implementing Office. The office of the Municipal Mayor through the Municipal Administrator shall be tasked to carry out the implementation of this ordinance. Upon its effectivity thereof, the same office shall circulate copies of this ordinance in print and in audio/digital versions containing the musical arrangement and composition of the Urbiztondo Hymn to all the 21 Barangays of the Municipality, public offices and educational institutions.
Sec. 8. Mandatory Review. The Sangguniang Bayan of Urbiztondo shall conduct a committee meeting for the mandatory review of this ordinance at least once in every (3) years to ensure that the objective of this ordinance remains responsive to the changing circumstances.
Sec. 9. Repealing Clause. All existing ordinances, rules and regulations, as well as orders inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed or modified accordingly.
Sec. 10. Separability Clause. Should any of these clauses or parts of this Ordinance be declared unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, all other remaining portions not so declared shall remain valid and effective.
Sec. 11. Effectivity. This ordinance shall take effect upon favorable review and approval by the Sangguniang Panlalawigan and fifteen (15) days after its publication in a newspaper of local circulation pursuant to and in conformity with pertinent provisions of the Local Government Code of 1991 (R.A. 7160).
