In accordance with the Decision of the Fifth Session of the Thirteenth National People's Congress on the Number of Deputies to the Fourteenth National People's Congress and the Election of the Deputies, the total number of deputies to the Fourteenth National People's Congress shall not exceed 3,000. The specific allocation plan shall be as follows:

Beijing Municipality 40, Tianjin Municipality 31, Hebei Province 116, Shanxi Province 60, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region 53, Liaoning Province 86, Jilin Province 53, Heilongjiang Province 76, Shanghai Municipality 48, Jiangsu Province 133, Zhejiang Province 89, Anhui Province 103, Fujian Province 66, Jiangxi Province 76, Shandong Province 159, Henan Province 160, Hubei Province 103, Hunan Province 109, Guangdong Province 160, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region 87, Hainan Province 22, Chongqing Municipality 55, Sichuan Province 136, Guizhou Province 69, Yunnan Province 87, Tibet Autonomous Region 20, Shaanxi Province 65, Gansu Province 48, Qinghai Province 20, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region 20, Xingjiang Uygur Autonomous Region 56, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region 36, Macao Special Administrative Region 12, and the Chinese People's Liberation Army and the Chinese People's Armed Police Force 278, and 13 deputies being temporarily allocated to Taiwan Province. The other 255 shall be allocated by the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress in accordance with the law.
