"Stagger Lee" (also known as "Stagolee", "Stacker Lee", "Stack O' Lee", or "Stack-A-Lee" is a traditional murder ballad. First recorded in 1924 by Herb Wiedoeft and his Band, but later recorded by Furry Lewis, Frank Hutchinson, Mississippi John Hurt, and many others.
