Speech title proposal edit

I haven't seen this speech published with a particular title, but it is not commonly cited. Perhaps it should have a shorter title, since the current one, "Address on the Twenty-First Anniversary of Emancipation in the District of Columbia", is long. I'd propose the title become "Watchman, What of the Night?" which is an early line from the speech and I believe is likely close to a Bible verse. --Ashawley (talk) 21:49, 21 January 2022 (UTC)Reply
