None of these looks like a Roman nomen (last name) because none of them are: his Latin name in full was Lucius Vibullius Hipparchus Tiberius Claudius Atticus Herodes (effectively Lucius of the house Wibullius, called Hipparchus Tiberius Claudius the Attican Herodes).
