Move proposal edit

I would like to propose that we move Authorized King James Version to King James Version. This is the most common name and matches the name used by Wikipedia and Wikidata. "Authorized King James Version" is confusing as it sounds like it is a special version of the King James Version, rather than a generic name for all versions of the King James Version. According to the page history, it looks like we originally used "Authorized King James Version" to match English Wikipedia, although they have long since changed to "King James Version".   Neutral we could equally move to Authorized Version, as the AV is commonly used in theological texts to refer to this version. My guess is that the current title was used to avoid deciding primacy of either KJV or AV. Beeswaxcandle (talk) 17:46, 9 October 2020 (UTC)Reply
That's true. I considered proposing "Authorized Version" since it is also a common name, but prefer "King James Version" since it gives us parity with the other projects. Kaldari (talk) 20:08, 13 October 2020 (UTC)Reply

@Beleg Tâl: Since there is already a redirect at King James Version, it requires an administrator to perform the move. Would you care to do the honors? I would be happy to clean-up all the incoming links afterwards. Kaldari (talk) 20:26, 13 October 2020 (UTC)Reply

@Beeswaxcandle: Could you help with the actual move? Kaldari (talk) 14:54, 16 October 2020 (UTC)Reply
