Illustrations edit

Removing illustrations I had added (except the map) as I've an uneasy feeling that they may be copyviolations. At 1912 (copyright of book: the book mentions no other date) Henry Spitz (b. 1895) would have been 17 years old. Besides which, the colour illustrations are too vivid—somehow they don't give me the impression of being 1910 era.

Of course, I'd be more than happy to replace the images if somebody can confirm that they are pre-1923. Thanks —Akme 12:30, 15 May 2017 (UTC)

It is appearing as though the first edition copy of Prester John (Thomas Nelson and Sons, 1910, 376pp.) was not illustrated by Pitz. But later Houghton Mifflin copies were. All versions I have seen state "1910" on copyright page, but I am finding that the first Pitz version (272pp) was post-1923 -- likely dated 1928 (subsequently? 1938).
