- in 2003, NIMA was renamed NGA. At time time of my writing, NGA provides access to the following editions of The American Practical Navigator online: a zip archive of the 2002 edition, a zip archive of the 2017 edition, and pdf's of the 2019 edition in two volumes and two different resolutions. Wrong Date
editThe page lists the date for this work as 1802, but many places in the text reference dates as late as 1910.
