"They've captured a Shia militia leader implicated in the kidnapping and killing of American soldiers." - who is that a reference towards? A wiki-link would be helpful :) Sherurcij (talk) (λεμα σαβαχθανει) 19:32, 2 May 2007 (UTC)Reply

Looks like a reference to this story about an unnamed aide captured in January? Sherurcij (talk) (λεμα σαβαχθανει) 19:34, 2 May 2007 (UTC)Reply
Abdul-Hadi al-Darraji, according to []http://abcnews.go.com/International/story?id=2808332 this]. No wiki article yet, I'll create one later. Sherurcij (talk) (λεμα σαβαχθανει) 19:36, 2 May 2007 (UTC)Reply

Copyvio? edit

Mentions it was obtained via Yahoo News?

I am assuming the original speech would be {{PD-USGov}} though?

Transcription does not seem to confer a new copyright, according to Burrow-Giles Lithographic Co. v. Sarony, which stated at the transcription was not "the product of [the reporter's] intellectual invention". Therefore, as a speech released into the public domain, a simple transcription would be in the public domain as well. —{admin} Pathoschild 02:20:01, 08 May 2007 (UTC)
