This template records information about the classification of a template, the classifying user and the reviewing user. All portals should be classified and this classification should be reviewed and agreed by another user.
Placement edit
This template should be placed on the talk page of each Portal. Where a portal has multiple pages, only the top (or main) page should have this template.

Parameter edit
- class: The classification letter of the portal (see Portal:Index)
- subclass1: The first subclass letter of the portal (if applicable)
- subclass2: The second subclass letter of the portal (if applicable)
- classifier: The username of the user who originally classified the portal
- reviewer: The username of the user who reviewed and approved the classification of the portal
- notes: Any additional notes to be recorded
