Usage

Creates a spaced chapter heading, with adjustable word spacing and letter-spacing in the first and second part

• 1: letter-spacing for the first part
• 2: letter-spacing for the second part
• 3: word-spacing
• 4: first word
• 5: second word
• sc: small caps, optional, default off
• font-size: font size, optional default 100%
• margintop: the top margin (default: 2em, same as {{ch}})

Spacing for the last character (and trailing punctuation) is automatically handled.

Example

Chap. VIII.

Note that this copy-pastes as simply "Chap. VIII." with no extra characters.
