Simple way to create per-work or per-series volume lists for use in the Index: namespace "Volumes" field. Currently only spits out a simple horizontal list of numerical volume numbers, but can be extended to support custom labels, patterns, etc.
Usage edit
Call with each index page in an unnamed argument. Leave off the "Index:" prefix (it'll get added automatically). See {{Waverley Novels volumes}} for an example.
