XL. WEEP NOT O'ER ME, O MOTHER MINE

1.Weep not o'er me, O Mother mine,
In grave to see me laid,
The well-belovèd Son of thine,
Y-born of Mary ever Maid.

2.For in glory I shall agen
Arise, as God, and raise
To glory faithful Christen men,
Who honour thee with love and praise.
