After the third doses of the Pfizer vaccine (specifically donated by the United States of America) have been provided to the medical and public health personnel, whether from any agency of the public sector [or from] the private sector, in order to protect the health[care] system and protect the lives of the [healthcare] service providers, many members of the related personnel (including the EMS rescue units [and] students), however, have not yet received the vaccine, and [our] fellow citizens in general, [too,] have not yet been vaccinated, even with the first dose. As regards the medical and public health personnel, some [of its members appear to] have subsequently subscribed their names [for the vaccine] — additional [doses for them] are pending allocation by the Ministry of Public Health.

In this regard, the Chaiyaphum Provincial Health Office would want you to strictly supervise/inspect the provision of the third doses of the Pfizer vaccine [to ensure that] the vaccine is injected to the frontline medical and public health personnel according to the list of subscribed names only. In addition, [the Office] is seeking cooperation from the personnel in [your] agency to stop expressing praise and delight through social media posts and to delete the posts which have been published.
