(A) Extends the present western terminus of U.S. 192 from the intersection of U.S. 17 and U.S. 92 in Kissimmee westerly over new facility, currently under construction to the intersection of U.S. 27 southwest of Orlando. (B) Extend the present eastern terminus of U.S. 192 from the intersection of U.S. 1 in Melbourne easterly to the intersection of S.R. A1A in Indiatlantic.

Beginning at the intersection of U.S. 78 and Georgia Route 10 and 17 southeast of Washington, thence in a northwesterly direction over a new facility presently designated as Georgia Route 10 LP, to the intersection of present U.S. 78 northwest of Washington a distance of 4.7 miles. Existing Route U. S. 78 through Washington to be designated as U.S. 78 Business.

Beginning at the intersection of U.S. 19, U.S. 406 and a new facility northwest of Tazewell, thence southwesterly over the new facility to the intersection of present U.S. 19, U.S. 460 west of Tazewell. Beginning at the intersection of U.S. 29 and a new facility north of Altavista, thence southerly over the new facility to the intersection of present U.S. 29 south of Altavista. Designate the new location as U.S. 29 Bypass and the existing route as U.S. 29 Business.

Beginning at the intersection of present Route U.S. 58, 460 and 13 east of Suffolk, thence westerly over the new location to the intersection of U.S 460 north of Suffolk, thence southwesterly over the new location to the intersection of U.S. 58 west of Suffolk.
