IX. Resolution in relation to the execution of an act supplementary to the act for the relief of certain surviving officers and soldiers of the revolution.

Act of June 7, 1832, ch. 126.Resolved, by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, in the execution of the act supplementary to the act for the relief of certain surviving officers and soldiers of the revolution, approved June seventh, one thousand eight hundred and thirty-two, the time of imprisonment as a prisoner of war, shall be taken and computed as a part of the period of service.
