This is a vague list of ideas of structural improvements to Wikisource that I want to be a part of implementing. Most of these are suggestions to tighten Wikisource's relationship with Wikidata, and/or to improve the ProofreadPage system to become more accessible to newcomers and also easier and faster to use in general.
I want to do this as part of a goal to both get more works done faster, and to recruit more members.
