Copyright of the translation of Testament (Shevchenko) edit

Hi,

Thanks for the contribution linked above. While the original is certainly out of copyright, to be able to host this work the translation also needs to be out of copyright, and from the link provided there is not that guarantee. Do you have other detail of whether the work was published at the time of the translation, and if so, the copyright status of that work. If we cannot get that detail, it is unlikely that we will be able to host the work. Both the original and the translation needs to be out of copyright to for us to host the work.
