(EC)it is noted as "Copyright (c) 2005 ∙KoryoPAT- Rainbow Patent & Trademark Agency ∙ All right reserved" It is my understanding that translations may be copyrighted. Do you have permission from the copyright holder to release it into the public domain? Also, as an unofficial translation and arguably 'unpublished', it may not comply with our inclusion policy. I may be able to find the original in Korean, which would be PD under DPRK law, and have someone translate it themselves. Although I do find it hardly unlikely that the site would mark the translation as a tongue-in-cheek copyrighted document under its copyright notice, given its content. -- 李博杰  | —Talk contribs 12:09, 23 July 2009 (UTC)

I opened a discussion at Wikisource:Possible copyright violations, if there nothing that contradicts that declaration it is likely to be speedily deleted. If no translation is available to us, you may find support for your other idea. Cygnis insignis (talk) 12:27, 23 July 2009 (UTC)
