Daughter to Andrea and Lucretia de Vulcano, was married to Don Louis do Silva, Duke of Pastrano, Knight of the order of St. James, and commander of the castle of Capuano. When she became a widow, Charles the Fifth, Emperor of Germany, chose her, on account of her virtue and good sense, to conduct the education of Margaret of Austria, his daughter. She lived in the sixteenth century.
