FOWLER (ROBERT), bookseller (?) in London, 1641-42. Took up his freedom January 15th, 1621. [Arber, iii. 685.] Only known from a broadside entitled Some passages that happened the 9th March, between the Kings Majestie and the Committee of both Houses, when the Declaration was delivered.
