WINGATE (R), bookseller(?) in London; Golden Hind, Chancery Lane, 1655. Associated with Twyford, Brookes, and J. Place in the publication of a work entitled The Complete Clark and Scrivenors Guide, 1655. It is doubtful whether he was a bookseller, and not rather the compiler of the work.
