Ned. 41a וכ׳ שנעשה נם גדול the wonder of recovery which the sick man experiences, is greater than that which happened to Hananiah, Mishael &c. Sabb. 23a, a. e. הנס באותו היו הן אף the women, too, were concerned in that wonderful delivery. Ib. ונימעוט נס why not omit the benediction mentioning the wonder (וככ נסים ג(שעשה; a. v. fr. -- Pl. נים, נסין, ני׳. Ber. נסבא o נסבתא f. (preced.) free-will offering. - Pl. נסבאתא, נסבתא. Targ. Ps. CXIX, 108 (ed. Wil. נכס׳, corr. acc.). Targ. Y. Deut. XII, 17 (ed. Amst. a. oth. וסכ׳, corr. acc.); v. נסיבא.
גסוחא, נסוחה m. (נסח) one who removes, sweeper. Y. Yoma II, 40a top, v. מגלרינא.
נסורת f. (נסר) chips, saw-dust. Sabb. IV, 1 (49a) נ׳ וכ׳ חרשין של (Talm. ed. נסורות pl.) (fine) saw-dust of the carpenters; Y. ib. 6d bot. וכ׳ נעורת .. ׳ תנינן אנן we read a'soreth, the teachers of the house of Rabbi read f' oreth, which shows that both mean the same. B. Kam. X, 10 (119a) בעהב של הכ׳ אם Y. ed. (Mish. ed. הנסרות, some Bab. ed. הנסרים; v. Rabb. D. S. a. l. note 200; Ar. הנסורות) even the saw-dust belongs to the etmployyer.

נסח (נשח) (b. h.; cmp. נסע) to remove. Sot. 42b; Yoma 75ד (ref. to ישהנה, Prov. XII, 25) מדעתו ישחגה (Ms. M. 2 ישיהנה, v. Rabb. D. S. a. l. note 50) et him banish it from his mind; Yalk. Prov. 950; Snh. 100b יששיחנה; v. סוח. Hif. הסיח (with דעת) to divert the mind, to diseard.
