Chapter 3—Department Services

Sec. 13. Department Services.—The Department Services shall include the following:

(1) Administrative Service;
(2) Legal Service;
(3) Finance and Management Service;
(4) Comptrollership Service;
(5) Planning Service;
(6) Project Development Service;
(7) Management Information Service; and
(8) Project Management Service.

Each of the above named services shall be headed by a Service Chief appointed by the President upon the recommendation of the Secretary.
