Warwick, 1619, of Norton Bishop, co. Lincoln, 1620, and of Romsey, Hants, 1620, rector of Exton, Hants, 1624, and of Mottisfont 1626, archdeacon of Suffolk Feb. to Nov., 1640, in which latter month he died.
