Eyre, Henry, fellow of Jesus Coll. by visitors 1648, B.A. 26 June, 1649; fellow of Merton Coll. 1651, M.A. 18 Nov., 1652; possibly a student of Lincoln's Inn 1647 (as 10s. of Giles, of Whiteparish, Wilts, esq.), recorder of Salisbury and M.P. 1659 and 1660, M.P.
