Parr, Richard, s. Richard, of Ireland, sacerd. Exeter Coll., matric. 6 Nov., 1635, aged 18; B.A. 13 June, 1639, fellow 1642-9, M.A. 23 April, 1642, D.D. 30 Oct., 1660; born at Fermoy, co. Cork, vicar of Reigate, Surrey, 1647, licenced 10 April, 1649, to marry Elizabeth, relict of Henry Royse, of Reigate (daughter of Sir Roger James); chaplain and biographer of archbishop Ussher, canon of Armagh, refused the deanery and an Irish bishopric, vicar of Camberwell 1653, and rector of Bermondsey, Surrey, 1654; died at Camberwell 2 Nov., 1691.
